Application Procedure:
Applicants should submit an Employment Application, a letter of interest, along with a resume and all college or university transcripts, if applicable, and the name and telephone number of three previous employers for each position applied for.
Note - Applications are accepted only for current job openings.

No facsimile or e-mailed application documents will be accepted; however the application may be submitted on-line (please see instructions below).

To submit your Del Mar College application on-line, complete the Employment Application which includes a check box for your electronic signature.
Save the PDF file to your desktop or other location on your computer as: Last name, First Name, MI (Ex-Doe, John G).
Send as an attachment to dmcjobs@delmar.edu only (do not send to individual Human Resources Employees). In the Subject line please place job title of position applied for (Ex- Adjunct Instructor Biology). Also attach a letter of interest, resume and transcripts to complete the application packet.

Selection Procedure:
Following the application deadline date for each vacancy, applications are forwarded for Committee review.
Screening committees are comprised of a peer level employee(s) and representatives from different employee groups (i.e. classified, professional, faculty, administrative). Those applicants selected for further consideration are invited to appear before a screening committee. Finalists may be invited for a second interview with members of administration as deemed necessary. Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their relevant job skills by taking a written test, operating required equipment, giving mini presentations and/or demonstrating computer skills.
All correspondence and related materials are maintained by the College's Human Resources Office. All application materials submitted for review become the sole property of Del Mar College.
